Purchasing from Empower Pharmacy Prototype

As a 503A compounding pharmacy, Empower creates custom prescription-only medication. We produce unique formulations and sell them in bulk from a separate 503B outsourcing facility. At either facility, we can accept orders only from qualified healthcare providers as we do not sell directly to any patients or customers without a prescription. Patients Only

Patients attempting to purchase products from Empower Pharmacy will need to find a qualified healthcare provider. A provider will submit your prescription to us, then the prescription will be shipped directly to you or you can pick it up at our Houston facility at 7601 N Sam Houston Pkwy W, Ste 100 Houston, TX 77064.

Prescription Refill

If you need to request refill, fill out and submit a Prescription Refill form. In 1-2 business days, you will receive a response from an Empower representative and may be required to take additional steps. If you have any additional questions on the refill process, please visit our FAQ webpage.

Patient Pay

Patients pay Empower Pharmacy directly depending on their healthcare provider. When an initial prescription is filled, you must first consult your provider to ensure that a payment can be made directly to Empower or accepted only with the prescribing provider.

Finding a Provider

Patients may choose to visit their primary healthcare provider for a recommended specialized provider. Empower Pharmacy does not recommend healthcare providers to patients. 

 

Providers Only

Serving healthcare providers nationwide and offering over 3,000 products, Empower Pharmacy has made setting up an account simple for healthcare providers. We offer both patient prescriptions ordering from our 503A compounding pharmacy and office-use products orders (in bulk) from our 503B outsourcing facility.

Account Set Up

Patient Prescriptions (503A)

Once the account is established, you can log in to place a prescription order, fax an order form to (832) 678-4419, order by calling (281) 220-1114, or you might have your own EMS coordination with our system.

For office-use orders you have multiple options:

- Fax in an order form to (832) 678-4419

Prescription Requirements

Providers must have specific information such as a medical license number, DEA number, a state DEA number, and any additional state license numbers depending on the telemedicine status of the provider. Read Prescription Requirements for more information.
