The FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee (PCAC) met on July 23-24, 2026, and recommended that six out of seven peptides reviewed (BPC-157, KPV, TB-500, MOTS-c, Semax, and Epithalon) be added to the 503A Bulks List. FDA rulemaking is the next and final step. If finalized, this would preserve a regulated pathway for licensed providers to prescribe personalized treatment for patients whose needs don't fit a standardized protocol.
