Yes, office-use products may be shipped directly to clinics from our 503B outsourcing facility, subject to applicable state laws and licensure requirements. Please note that restrictions apply in certain states. For example, we are unable to ship compounded products into California, and in Mississippi, office-use shipments are limited to clinics and may not be distributed to pharmacies.

Yes. Due to state regulations, we must have an active license on file. If you would like to order controlled substances we also require an active DEA registration.

No, a clinic/provider can not pick up their office-use orders, they must ship to the clinic’s address on file.

Note: Orders made in bulk through our 503B facility cannot be shipped to clinics in California and Mississippi.

Yes. Interested healthcare providers will need to submit a completed questionnaire to Empower for approval to order controlled substances for office-use.

No minimum order quantity or value is required to place an office-use order.
