As a 503A compounding pharmacy, Empower creates custom prescription-only medication. We also produce unique formulations and sell them in bulk from a separate 503B outsourcing facility. At either facility, we can accept orders only from qualified healthcare providers as we do not sell directly to any patients or customers without a prescription. Ordering a Prescription
Patients attempting to purchase products from Empower Pharmacy will need to find a qualified healthcare provider. A provider will submit your prescription to us then the prescription will be shipped directly to you. You may also visit our pharmacy in person to pick up your prescription.
If you need to request a refill fill out and submit a Prescription Refill form. In 1-2 business days you will receive a response from an Empower representative and may be required to take additional steps. If you have any additional questions on the refill process please visit our FAQ webpage.
Account Set Up
To set up an account please fill out the form linked below. An account intake specialist will contact you in 1-2 business days to discover more about the needs of your patients. Interested providers can always speak directly with an account intake specialist by calling (281) 404-5689.
Submitting Patient Prescriptions (503A)
Once the account is established you can log in to place a prescription order, fax an order form to (832) 678-4419, order by calling (281) 220-1114, or you might have your own EMS integration with our system.
For office-use orders, you have multiple options. You can either place an order online, fax an order form to (832) 678-4419, call in an order at (346) 229-5386, use your own EMS in coordination with our system, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Providers will be required to share specific information such as a medical license number, DEA number (if applicable), a state controlled substance number (if applicable), and any additional state license numbers depending on the telemedicine status of the provider to meet prescription requirements.
