Empower proactively upgraded all orders November 5-7 to next-day shipping to ensure patients received their medication as quickly as possible. This action followed a recent UPS aircraft incident near the carrier’s main hub in Louisville, Kentucky, which caused temporary nationwide shipping disruptions.

Yes. After downloading the app, patients verify their identity using details tied to the Empower prescription submitted by their provider. Once verified, they can securely view updates related to their prescription.

Yes. As long as your designated representative picking up your medication knows your name and birth date, can provide their personal identification, and is over 18 years of age, they can pick up your prescription.

No, a clinic/provider can not pick up their office-use orders, they must ship to the clinic’s address on file.

Note: Orders made in bulk through our 503B facility cannot be shipped to clinics in Alabama, California and Mississippi.

Yes. You can request a refill through our Prescription Refill page.

Under normal circumstances, Empower Pharmacy does not accept returned products due to governmental regulations. In limited circumstances, Empower Pharmacy may accept returns and/or issue a credit.
