Dr. Rand McClain has become a leader in emerging and progressive medical treatments through an extraordinary journey. He has always ignored the “status quo,” as the youngest senior account manager in Deloitte’s history, a professional boxer in Argentina, expert fitness trainer in LA, and was accepted into medical school by age 37 after being repeatedly told it was impossible. His patients include A-List celebrities and world-class athletes who come to his practice, Regenerative and Sports Medicine, in search of his innovative treatments. His clinic offers a variety of services that focus on quality of life, such as bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), nutrition, body composition, sexual wellness, and optimizing life-performance. Dr. McClain takes a personalized approach with each patient when addressing hormones including running labs for thyroid, anabolic/sex hormones, growth hormone and adrenals. Additional therapies offered at his clinic emphasize Dr. McClain’s focus on sports and performance medicine, by utilizing BHRT, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, cryotherapy, platelet-rich plasma, and stem cell therapies, has allowed him to dedicate the past 35 years to redefining what it means to be in optimal health.
Dr. McClain earned his medical degree at Western University and completed his internship at the University of Southern California’s Keck School of Medicine Residency Program (U.S.C. California Hospital); he has worked with some of the best and original innovators in sports, rejuvenative, regenerative (“anti-aging”), cosmetic and family medicine.
